Description: This session will review the purpose of the Annual Performance Report (APR) and the process for completing and submitting the report. The refined reporting structure focuses on meaningful updates on the measurable outcomes consortia identified in their FY26 Perkins V Local Application. This streamlined format makes it easier for Perkins Leaders to provide clear, useful information about their progress on specific outcomes while helping us better understand consortia successes and where we might provide additional support. This simplified, smart approach ensures that annual performance reports serve as valuable tools for both consortia planning and our partnership moving forward.
Learning Outcomes
Attendees will be able to:
- Articulate the purpose of the Annual Performance Report (APR) and its role in Perkins V program planning and accountability.
- Accurately complete and submit the APR using the updated reporting structure aligned with their FY26 Local Application outcomes.
- Provide a progress update of measurable outcomes and identify if strategies or outcomes need to be adjusted.
